Dennis Kabba, serves as BLRB’s Construction Administration Manager as well as heading our Quality Assurance Team.  Dennis possesses strong, specialized organizational skills, which involve developing document production systems, coordinating the preparation of specifications and drawings and developing building code compliance strategies.  His wealth of technical experience will be a valuable contribution to your project.

Dennis is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and President of the Mount Rainier Chapter of Construction Specification Institute.
