project overview

Named in honor of longtime Housing Works director, Cyndy Cook, Cook Crossing is a four-story ground-up community offering 48 units of affordable senior multifamily housing. The ground floor hosts offices, residents’ lobby, a community center, assembly room, and a 9,900 SF clinic that offers both medical and dental services.

The residential floors offer amazing views of the Central Oregon landscape from private balconies. The ground floor features controlled entry access to a separate residents’ lobby with an elevator, community office, fitness room, spacious community room for events, and a flexible space for use by service and program providers.

Sustainable design was a priority, with features that include a 166-panel photovoltaic array, solar thermal collectors and renewable energy sources. At 66 feet tall, Cook Crossing is currently the tallest building in Redmond.
