project overview

Completed in September 2012, the modernization of Maple Lawn Elementary converted an educationally obsolete facility into an energized 21st-century elementary school. The modernization encompassed the replacement of multiple infrastructure systems including plumbing, HVAC, landscaping irrigation and fire protection systems, and included a complete roof replacement.  Site work included reorganizing traffic circulation and re-striping of the parking lot and drop off areas.  The school’s administrative area was remodeled and expanded and the interior finishes of all classrooms/common spaces were upgraded and replaced.
