project overview

BLRB was engaged by Stevens County, Washington for a feasibility study for the comprehensive reorganization and modernization of its county services building in Colville, originally built in the 1950s.  The two-story building now offers nearly 9,000 square feet of space to accommodate administrative personnel, County commissioner offices, a public hearing room, county archives and ADA compliant restrooms.

The upper level houses the Stevens County Commissioners offices, 120-seat public meeting hall, multi-purpose community room, and support spaces.  The lower level floor features the county's Building and Planning departments.
