Bellevue Crossing is situated on Bend, Oregon’s eastside, near retail and recreational amenities including Worthy Brewing, also a BLRB project. Density was thoughtfully managed on a small, under four-acre site, and while nearing local code limits, also accommodated 1.4 parking stalls per unit, a common use club house and dog park.

The complex offers 153 contemporary residential units across four, three-story buildings. Apartment layouts include one- and two-bedroom options ranging from 760 to a little over 1,000 square feet.
