Overview

Mixed Use Project Adds to Vibrant Neighborhood

Northwest Crossing (or NWX as it’s known in Bend) is a planned community of single family homes and cottages, apartments and townhomes in a neighborhood setting that integrates restaurants, service businesses, retail shops, parks, schools and more. Our commission for Fremont Row encompassed planning, design and delivery of two residential mixed-use buildings that maximize a tight lot while still providing parking, landscape, and outdoor public gathering space.

Residential, Retail & Restaurants

Fremont Row encompasses two buildings, the first, two-stories offering street level retail and restaurant spaces (for which we also did the tenant improvements), five, two-level residential condominiums and one single-level condominium over the retail space. The second, single-story building houses a restaurant offering guests patio seating and an outdoor plaza.

Neighborhood Integration & Outdoor Access

Several setbacks were designed to soften the building height along the street level, which afforded the ability to provide two large private decks per condominium.

Contemporary, Timeless Interiors

The decks and large corner set windows in each condominium maximize natural light and views to the mountains, and interior finishes are contemporary yet timeless.
