HiLine Homes builds affordable custom single-family homes throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our commission, working collaboratively with the client, was to design and deliver a new Redmond, Oregon office building that embodies the company’s values of quality, contextual materials use and affordability.
The building exterior incorporates a mix of traditional and contemporary materials, creating a warm and rustic yet at the same time, contemporary aesthetic expression. Extensive use of glazing throughout both floors creates an open, energizing feel, infuses all spaces with natural light and permits clear views to the mountains.
The two-story, 8,800 SF building encompasses a spacious lobby and reception area, (17) offices, two conference rooms, a staff break room and outdoor deck, and an attached garage.
Native plants and low-maintenance landscaping, a water feature, and rustic split-rail fencing contribute welcoming warmth upon entry to the property.
