Interior Rehabilitation That Supports Contemporary Use

This historic train depot was relocated to its current site by the City of Redmond, Oregon 2003, placed on the city’s landmarks registry in 2015, and sold to a private owner in2017. Empty and unused for more than five years, we were engaged by the owner to rehabilitate the interior for contemporary commercial use.

Breathing new life into an old space

The rehabilitation design provided leasable spaces that allow for public use while respecting and preserving the building’s historic character. The Depot now hosts office and retail tenants, as well as a museum space operated by the Greater Redmond Historical Society.
