This contemporary mixed-use residential project was designed to reduce the impact of the building footprint, and offers five residential floors over 20,000 square feet of ground level mixed use commercial space. Commute reduction was also a design consideration, and the campus offers a variety of resident and retail amenities.

Enhancing Local Housing Options

The Hixon offers 203 apartment homes across five floors that include studio, one- and two- bedroom units ranging in size from 500 to 1,300 square feet.

Comfortable and Contemporary

Apartments offer views to the city and surrounding landscape from private decks. The ground floor hosts a variety of amenities including a coffee shop, package lockers, bike racks and gear shop; a pet wash station, club room and a common-use covered outdoor patio.

Environmentally Conscious

Sustainable design elements were incorporated throughout living and communal spaces. All units feature LED lighting, Energy Star appliances and low-flow plumbing fixtures. Several EV charging stations are also available on-site.
