Maximizing the Aesthetics of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building

Our service encompassed planning, design and construction administration for a new, pre-engineered metal building that provides office and fabrication space for our client, and a secondary leaseable office and production space for a related business. Mitigating specific concerns of the municipal design review board, accommodating challenging site topography and delivering a warm, contemporary finished facility were some of the challenges our design team successfully addressed.

Accommodating multi-functional space needs

The floor plan offers open workspaces with noise mitigating barriers integrated throughout the office space. A central stair in the lobby leads to the second floor that allows the client space for cost-efficient expansion as the business continues to grow.

Maximizing & complementing the metal exterior

Materials were chosen to complement the building’s metal exterior, elevate the overall aesthetic and create a contemporary, yet warm and attractive expression.

Delivering a bright, energizing production space

High windows in the warehouse and assembly area allow natural light to infuse throughout the space and create dimension when viewed from the building’s exterior, enhancing the curb appeal of the building.
