Facility Assessment & Master Planning
We’ve worked with dozens of educational clients to develop comprehensive facility plans which have lead to the passage of nearly $1 billion in capital school construction bonds over the past 25 years. Our services include facilitation of the planning and bond development processes, facility assessment and analysis, conceptual design and cost modeling, and bond communication services.
